My Healing Journey

Maybe this section starts off with me saying that I hold a VIP status in the darkest places of Hell - not because I'm a bad person, but because Hell/Underworld (a.k.a. our deepest subconscious places and past wounds) is where you have to go to make changes in your life. Over time, I have come to learn that one of my biggest purposes in this lifetime is to finally heal the unhealthy patterns running through my family lines - generation after generation of trauma bonds, disease, and financial hardship. At some point, I decided that those patterns were going to end with me. Was that process easy? FUCK NO! Is it done? Absolutely not. But things are FAR better now than they ever were before. I have manifested things beyond my wildest dreams and have completely shifted my entire reality to one of true happiness, passionate love, healthy parenting, financial abundance, and business success. But those things didn't just happen on their own.

 

The last 5 years of my life have been the most defeating, ugly, draining years of my life. BUT! At the same time, they were sprinkled with the most inspiring, loving, magickal, and motivating moments I could have ever hoped for - why? Because this is what healing looks like. There are moments where you will absolutely want to throw in the towel, moments that have you seriously questioning your sanity, and moments that test your faith in yourself and the Universe. I made a choice to dive into the darkness of my soul, uproot the toxic patterns existing in my genes, make friends with the demons in my mind, and learn to surrender to something bigger than myself.

 

Working with your darkness requires a certain approach and an experienced guide to journey with you. I went through this process to help others, so they don't have to do it alone. The truth about healing is that it isn't all love and light. It's not sweet affirmations and positive thinking. It's grit. It's strength and bravery. It's disgusting. It's a death and rebirth. It's an intentional ripping open to reveal the truth. It's a radical declaration to yourself and the generations to follow that you are going to be the change that all of your ancestors have been waiting for. Change starts with you, and it starts now.​

My Self-Care Routines

Creating crystal grids is my absolute favorite way to deeply connect with myself and to move through different phases of life. I incorporate crystals, flowers, and other objects that hold significant meaning to me into my grids. I also love using tarot and oracle cards as a self-psychology tool. I have created quite the collection of textbooks about celestial beings, ancient healing methods, witchcraft, depth psychology, mythology, and ancestral healing. And when I’m not busy doing any of those things, I will be indulging in a bubble bath, complete with bath salts, herbs, candles, and a healing music.

Fun Facts About Me

I'm a Capricorn Sun, Scorpio Moon/Venus/Pluto, and Aries Rising (it's been one hell of a ride). My favorite animals are toads, cicadas, ravens, and snakes. I bring up astrology and moon phases any chance I can get. If I could, I would be barefoot all the time. My favorite flowers are Dahlias, Hollyhocks, and Peonies. I currently have 12 tattoos, and I’m a sucker for a good latte.
